Data Science Project Coordinator
Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of data science projects across client engagements.
As a Data Science Project Coordinator at Saigon A.I., you will play a critical role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of data science projects. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, developers, and project managers to ensure objectives are met on time and within scope. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Collaborate with data scientists, project managers, and customers to define scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and deliverables. Keep documentation organised and accessible.
Work with data scientists and project managers to allocate and coordinate data, tools, and personnel with updated timelines and completion estimates.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, customers, and leadership. Provide regular progress updates and escalate critical issues promptly.
Ensure project deliverables meet established quality standards. Conduct reviews and quality checks as needed.
Monitor project timelines and milestones. Proactively identify potential delays and work with the team to mitigate them.
Build positive relationships with customers — including business leaders and technical teams — to ensure alignment with project objectives.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in project coordination or related roles.
Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Vietnamese.
Familiarity with data science concepts and tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
